Terms & Conditions
All clients are required to pay a $50.00 booking fee* at the time of booking your appointment. This will be deducted off your next session fee. The remainder will be paid at the time of your appointment by Credit Card. MINDit™ takes your individual session very seriously and tailors these to optimise your session outcomes. For this reason, our policy is the $50.00 booking fee automatically becomes a non-refundable cancellation or missed appointment fee where there is 24-hours or less cancellation or missed appointment. This also includes requests to reschedule appointments with less than 24-hours’ notice. Concessions may apply for those holding a Health Care Card, Pension Card, Student ID Card. Packaged session bookings of 3 or more attracts a 10% discount. Often 2, 4 or 6 counselling/coaching sessions are sufficient, however, following our initial meeting we can discuss what might be most applicable to address your individual needs. Appointments outside of normal hours are subject to availability and may attract a surcharge. Where applicable, all fees include GST.
