EVERYONE can enjoy a resilient life. Dynamic Resilience is about you changing your brain to default to seeking out the positives and strengths in any situation. This ensures your mind does not overwhelm you with negatives.
Dynamic Resilience offers a toolkit of practical, evidence-based resilience skills which can be applied in everyday life, at work and at home to help you develop your understanding and rehearse these new skills to empower personal resilience and wellbeing.
This will include discovering your own strengths to maintain resilience and empower a positive approach to troubleshooting problems without stress.
PR6 and its AI companion Driven, provides psychometrics to measure, develop and track resilience in individuals and teams.
It also innovatively provides predictive insights and tailored brain-training activities.

Terms & Conditions
All clients are required to pay a $50.00 booking fee* at the time of booking your appointment. This will be deducted off your next session fee. The remainder will be paid at the time of your appointment by Credit Card. MINDit™ takes your individual session very seriously and tailors these to optimise your session outcomes. For this reason, our policy is the $50.00 booking fee automatically becomes a non-refundable cancellation or missed appointment fee where there is 24-hours or less cancellation or missed appointment. This also includes requests to reschedule appointments with less than 24-hours’ notice. Concessions may apply for those holding a Health Care Card, Pension Card, Student ID Card. Packaged session bookings of 3 or more attracts a 10% discount. Often 2, 4 or 6 counselling/coaching sessions are sufficient, however, following our initial meeting we can discuss what might be most applicable to address your individual needs. Appointments outside of normal hours are subject to availability and may attract a surcharge. Where applicable, all fees include GST.
